What does it cost after the trial?
Core is $49 a month. AI is $99 and keeps ChalkBot. Extra seats are $14 a month. You plus two helpers is $49 + $28, or $99 + $28. Card payments you collect go to your own Stripe account. Chalk does not take a cut.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Card payments run through Stripe at their standard processing rate, straight into your own account. Your subscription is the only thing Chalk charges.
I already use another CRM. Can I switch?
Yes. Import your customer list from a spreadsheet in minutes. Everything you put into Chalk exports back out whenever you want: customers, quotes, invoices, photos. Most shops send their first quote the same week.
What does the text number cost?
Email works today. A real text number is included. Sending needs a one-time carrier filing of about $20 (card for that cost, not for the month). Receiving works while that is pending. Already have a number on Quo? Plug it in instead. To send texts, US carriers require a one-time business registration. That is $20.09 added to your next bill, of which $19.50 is the registry and carrier fee we pay on your behalf and the rest is card processing. Chalk keeps none of it, you are only billed once the registration actually goes in, and receiving texts works even before it's done.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel in one press in Settings. There is no annual lock-in. If the trial is enough, you owe nothing.
