For painters, stainers, landscapers, cleaners and every crew that quotes work
Your whole business,
on one board.
Chalk runs the job from first call to final payment. Quotes your customers sign on their phone, crews on a clean schedule, invoices paid by card, and texting built right in.
Built with real crews on real jobs. No card needed to look around.
Quotes
Estimates that close themselves
Build it in a minute from your price book, text it as a link, and your customer opens it on their phone: photos, optional extras they can tick on, and a finger signature. You get a text the second they approve.
- Optional add-ons customers approve themselves
- Automatic friendly follow-ups until they answer
- Deposit collected right at approval
Scheduling
Every crew knows their day
Drag visits onto a week that actually fits a phone screen. Each person gets My Day: their stops in order, the gate code, the dog's name, and one tap to say "on my way."
- Day, week, month and a map of the route
- Reminders text customers before you arrive
- Clock in and out feeds payroll on its own
Getting paid
Invoice today, money on the way
One press turns the finished job into an invoice. Customers pay by card from the same link, reminders chase the slow ones politely, and you can see when the money lands in your bank.
- Cards on file for repeat customers
- Deposits, part payments and receipts handled
- You keep every dollar: standard card processing only, no cut for us
Texting
Your business gets its own number
Chalk includes a real text number for your business. Quotes, reminders and review requests go out from it, replies land in an inbox the whole office can see, and nobody gives out their personal cell again.
- Two-way inbox built into the app
- Already use Quo? Plug it in instead
- Automatic texts respect quiet hours
And the rest of the office, handled
Lead funnel
Every enquiry on a board you drag from new lead to won. It nags you before a lead goes cold.
Job photos
Before and after shots live on the job, searchable by customer, ready for your next estimate or ad.
Payroll and job costs
Hours, day rates, commissions and material costs roll up, so you know what the job really made.
Automations
Quote follow-ups, visit reminders, overdue nudges and review requests send themselves.
Customer portal
One link where your customer sees their quotes, invoices, visits and receipts. No login to forget.
Team permissions
The crew sees their day, the office sees the money, and you decide who sees what.

Fair questions
Can I use Chalk today?
Chalk is in early access: real crews run their businesses on it every day, but we are opening the doors slowly so every new business gets real attention. Email hello@chalkcrm.com and we'll get you in.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Card payments run through Stripe at their standard processing rate, straight into your own account. Your subscription is the only thing Chalk charges.
Can I bring my data from another system?
Yes. Import your customer list from a spreadsheet in minutes. And everything you put into Chalk exports back out whenever you want it: customers, quotes, invoices, photos, all of it. It's your business.
What does the text number cost?
The number and fair-use texting are included in your plan. To send texts, US carriers require a one-time business registration that costs about $20. That fee goes to the carriers, not to us, and receiving texts works even before it's done.
Ready when you are.
